Combining Solar diversion, car schedule and fob auth

I have an X22 charger, Sigenergy (3 phase) solar system and a Polestar 4. I also have Evnex fob authentication set on the X22 so I can track which of my 2 electric cars is doing each charge for billing purposes.

I want to plug my car into the charger before I leave the house in the morning, and have it charge from solar during the day.

For the last couple of days I have:
=> Evnex system set to use solar diversion 10am to 6pm, otherwise “charge” (because I want it to charge fast if I plug in at night)
=> I’ve (temporarily) set my car to do scheduled charging 10:10am to 5:50pm (because I want it to only use solar for this charge)
=> I plug the car in at 7:30am and do the fob authentication and then leave the house hoping it will charge from solar at 10:10am, but it does not start charging.

Even without the solar side (i.e. no solar diversion) I find it a little bit inconsistent whether the car charging starts when using fob authentication, but it does so with 1-2 attempts each time.

A couple of questions:
* Am I trying to do something too complicated or should it work?

* Is there a way to debug why the charge is not starting (can I see logs anywhere)?

* Any suggestions on what to do to get it to work (I could change the solar schedule to be 7am-6pm to avoid the car schedule side, but it would be nice if this worked)

Hi there, thanks for reaching out with your technical queries. We can absolutely take a look through your chargers logs etc to try and ascertain the root cause for the problem you are experiencing. Can you please email support@evnex.com with your charger serial number (on the main screen in your Evnex App) and we’ll pick that up from there. Have a great day!
