Might be barking up the wrong tree here but, here in South Australia we have solar curtailment. Just experienced a day where it appears my solar feed-in was limited to 1.4kw or thereabouts and as a result the PV array was only producing about 1.9kw (export plus house demand). Had the car plugged in to take advantage of solar diversion but because my export was throttled to 1.4kw the system couldn’t hit the E2’s requirement of 1.5kw export… therefore no charge car. Do a “Charge Now" and the 1.5kw min is ignored, pulled nearly 5kw from the solar system and 2 and a bit kw from the grid.
Is this normal behaviour?
If so, can the min 1.5kw requirement be reassessed?
