I’m just starting out on home charging for a polestar 2 using a single phase E2 charger. Polestar say that AC is better than DC for battery life, but I am struggling to find out what sort of current E2 produces.
The E2 supplies AC to the car, and then inside the vehicle it is converted to DC to be stored in the battery. You can charge at full speed on your E2 without significant negative effect on the battery life.
