I am getting a message that the charger is not connected to the server. Have turned power off and then on but no luck

Sorry to hear about this.
Once you have confirmed there is power supplied to your charger (LED light should be on/flashing), could you please try the following steps below?

Wi-Fi Connection Steps/instructions:
Standing close to the charger (~1 meter) and with the phone Bluetooth enabled:
1.Open and login into the Evnex mobile app
2.Navigate to “General Settings” option in the menu below the image of the charger
3.Click on “Connectivity Settings” button
4.Wait for the app to pair with charger and select set-up WIFI manually option
5.Follow the on-screen prompt to connect to your home WiFi
*Things to check if app is not connecting to the charger:
The charger is powered on
Your phone app permissions for the Evnex app are all allowed in the phone settings.
iPhone users: Bluetooth permission needs to be allowed for the Evnex app
Android users: Bluetooth and Nearby Devices permissions need to be allowed/enabled for the Evnex mobile app.
