Unable to log into Evnex app

Hi Evnex,

I’m having trouble logging into the iOS app on my iPhone. It keeps responding with “Incorrect email or password”, however I’m able to log into the web application using my browser at https://app.evnex.io/

This may be a problem with my account, as we purchased the charger in November 2020 and I have both a customer and installer account.

Hi Aaron,

Software team has sent you an email to rectify this issue. Once you complete the sign up process you should be able to login with your account.

If the email is not in the inbox please check your spam folder :slightly_smiling_face:
