E2 charger fault

Hi there.

My E2 charger has started throwing a red fault light shortly after charging begins. The app tells me that the “charger has lost connection to the server”. Is there anywhere I should be looking for more detailed information? I’ve only had the charger since about November last year so not very experienced with it. It has worked perfectly up until the last few days.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
