Charging schedule

My charger has been scheduled to start charging at 9pm, however it seems to be starting two hours earlier every time. I cannot seem to find the option to check/change the time on the app, where is the time set from and can i change it?

The time should be sent automatically from our server, and there isn’t a way to set it manually from the app. Could you let me know the serial number of your charger so I can have a look at the logs and see what’s going wrong? It’s written at the bottom of the main page on the app.

Somehow your charger had picked up the NZ timezone (even though the install location was correctly picked up as the Melbourne timezone). We’ve updated it to the right one - sorry for the inconvenience.
