I have had the charger not wanting to start charging a couple of times, a turn off and on of main power to it resolved it, if i was heading away and left car plugged in to maintain battery and it decided to not charge. Is it possible to have a remote reset of unit

At this stage we haven’t been intending to add this capability to the app (though our support team can do something similar to this remotely via a different mechanism).
I’d be more keen to try and avoid the problem altogether by figuring out why your car wouldn’t charge! Do you have any idea as to what the cause was, and why a reset resolved it?
