The electricity pricing feature on the mobile app does not seem to calculate the costs correctly.
I have setup with Anytime with the correct c/kWh, however the session history shows $0.02 everyday.
Am i missing something here?
I wonder whether it’s possible that the power sensor in your installation is set up the wrong way round as that would cause us to assume that you are charging from solar energy at times when you aren’t. Could you please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your serial number and one of our support team can check the setup?
