I’d like to request a feature that as well as scheduled charging, I can set it to charge to a set SoC i.e. 80% battery level?

At this stage it’s not possible to read the SoC over an AC charging connection due to a limitation of the communication standard that is used. It might be possible to read this directly from the car itself (although not something we support yet). What type of car do you have?

I have a BYD Atto3. Not sure if it supports the ISO standard for 2 way comms on a AC connection?

I can’t find any confirmation either way which I suspect means it doesn’t support 2 way comms (the majority of cars don’t at this stage). Also there isn’t much evidence of an API to read the SoC from the cloud. though I haven’t dug all that far.
The Atto 3 has a LiFePO battery so it likely isn’t a problem to charge it to 100%. Is there a particular reason you’re keen to limit it to 80%?

Mainly so that I have room to add power from free chargers which are pretty abundant around Hamilton thanks to Wel Networks
